WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You will be responsible for one or several domains and have the freedom to implement different ideas to increase key product metrics.
  • Create and maintain automated multichannel campaigns via email, push, SMS across all the stages of the customer journey.
  • Build a strategy of growth revenue share of email channel and retention in your project.
  • Analyze and report on campaigns, make inferences to improve future performance.
  • Optimize existing flows to improve deliverability, open and click rates, and conversion on all stages of the product funnel.
  • You will take full control and responsibility for one of our products. You will have a lot of users to test your hypothesis or ideas.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Manual email campaigns.
  • Crafting triggered campaigns.
  • CRM strategies: personalization, segmentation.
  • Activation and reactivation of users.
  • Strong knowledge of deliverability.
  • Contacts base hygiene.
  • Data analytics: performance metrics, behavioral and demographic data.
  • Email template crafting/editing (Drag and Drop App Builder).
  • Web push, SMS expertise.
