CREATIVE PRODUCER

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SPECIALIST WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NEW 18+ COMICS DEVELOPMENT AND THEIR RESULTS INCLUDING:

• Select the most interesting stories for future comics according to market trends and our audiences preferences.
• Manage a team of illustrators and writers to ensure high-quality comics, meeting deadlines and budget limits.
• Ensure the logic and consistency of the plot, participate in the development of main characters and conveying of their emotions in the comic panels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve high results in comics promotion.

YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in managing a creative team of at least 3 people (either in-house or freelance).
• Experience working with visual content.
• Experience in selecting ideas, and studying the market and the target audience.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience with Photoshop/Figma or scriptwriting experience in the past is a plus.

WORK IN THE MOST COMPETITIVE TIER1 MARKETS (USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA, ETC.) AND IN VARIOUS LOCALES (FRANCE, SPAIN, GERMANY, PORTUGAL).

REMOTE WORK OR THE POSSIBILITY OF WORKING FROM ONE OF OUR OFFICES IN KYIV OR LVIV.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AND THE ABILITY TO PLAN YOUR WORKDAY INDEPENDENTLY.

18 WORKING DAYS OF VACATION THAT DO NOT EXPIRE. ADDITIONAL 5 DAYS OFF, 5 DAYS OF SICK LEAVE WITHOUT MEDICAL CONFIRMATION, AND UP TO 30 DAYS OF SICK LEAVE WITH MEDICAL CONFIRMATION.
