Junior UI/UX Technical Designer

We seek a creative and technically accurate Junior UI/UX Technical Designer to join our team and work on our ambitious ongoing projects.

• Implementing user-friendly game interfaces with accordance to UI mockups;
• Building rapid prototypes and layouts in accordance with feature design documentation;
• Supporting and optimizing the existing interfaces by ensuring best practices;
• Breaking down feature/wireframes into necessary widgets, structures, and classes;
• Implementing cross-platform user interface features;
• Finding ways to optimize Assets/UI to decrease memory and CPU constraints;
• Close collaboration with Developers, UI/UX Designers, and Game Designers;
• Debug blueprints/UMG issues quickly using various tools and techniques;
• Working with UI materials and animations.

• 1+ years of recent experience building UIs in Unreal Engine and its development tools (Blueprint, Material, C++, CommonUI);
• At least one released title in the role of UI/UX Technical Designer or a related area;
• Experience with UI design for complex workflows;
• Ability to consider multi-platform support (keyboard/mouse, controller, and touch inputs), accessibility, and localization needs in the UI creation and implementation process;
• Ability to understand and communicate technical issues from an aesthetic perspective;
• Experience with standard industry software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

• Knowledge of C++, C#, or any other programming language;
• Understanding of the MVVM pattern and experience with ViewModels in Unreal Engine;
• Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer, Technical Designer, or Technical Artist;
• Working knowledge of graphics mathematics.
