Program Manager at UA Mental Help

The mission of UAMH is to fight for the mental health of our nation. We teach Ukrainians to listen to themselves and not be afraid to seek help from psychologists when they need support. Through our network of partners, we create psychoeducational content and provide free psychological counseling for vulnerable populations. The Program Manager of UA Mental Help is a dynamic position responsible for guiding and advancing the programs and strategic goals of our nonprofit organization. We are seeking a highly motivated, visionary, and results-oriented individual, foster growth, and make a positive impact on the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program strategies to support mental health initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program success
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members to foster a productive work environment.
• Identify and address any team issues or conflicts promptly.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to measure impact and effectiveness
• Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on program progress
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project participants.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in program management within the NGO industry
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of written and spoken English
