Golang Tech Lead

Our West Coast, US-based client provides cloud-based construction software to clients worldwide. Together, we develop and upgrade an award-winning suite of project management tools. They enable hundreds of thousands of registered users to manage various construction projects: industrial plants, office buildings, apartment complexes, university facilities, retail centers, and more.

• A software engineer with at least 5 years of experience working with Golang
• Having at least 2 years of professional experience in leading teams
• Strong in Kubernetes (K8s), Terraform, Kafka, messaging, distributed systems
• Knowledgeable in AWS, Docker, and SQL systems
• A proactive and initiative person
• A team player ready to support colleagues
• Showing leadership and delegation skills
• Skillfully maintaining daily communication with software engineers on the client side (upper-intermediate English level or higher)
• Familiar with Ruby on Rails (nice to have)
