Project description

We are seeking a results-driven SAP consultant to lead our businesss SAP system integration with Service Now. You will be consulting with senior management to determine our business needs, evaluating the performance of our IT infrastructure, and developing and deploying SAP solutions.
To ensure success as a SAP consultant, you should possess extensive knowledge of IT system integration and the ability to accurately document SAP processes. An accomplished SAP consultant will be someone whose expertise results in optimized business operations.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Ownership of the cost flow process between SAP and Service Now, with extensive knowledge of the E2E process

Drive the discussions with stakeholders and users when enhancements are required,

Provides solution design delivery of solutions.

Provides input on design and integration issues based on knowledge, previous implementation experience and SAP best practices.

Provides input and recommendation on technical implications of specific design solutions.

Ensure end to end design provides a practical, integrated business solution.

Ensure solution design is compatible with future strategies and vision.

Validate project design and communicate potential issues and obstacles.

Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.

Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.

Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.

Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.

Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.

Providing SAP system support and end-user training.

Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.

Skills

Must have

SAP Functional FICO and PS (WBS) modules, SAP Application Interface Framework, SAP Source to Pay We are looking for a SAP Consultant with 4+ years of SAP Functional FICO + PS (WBS) modules. Candidates should have a good understanding of AIF Interfaces and Knowledge of business processes covered by SAP applications.

The ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best solutions using.

SAP Technology.

Analytical problem-solving skills.

Able to work self-driven and independent.

Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.

Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous.

SAP-accredited certification.

At least 2 years experience as a SAP consultant in a similar industry.

Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.

Great collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Nice to have

ServiceNow experience is a plus, but not mandatory as the rest of the team is already expert on that

Experience in SAP integration

SAP S2P (Purchasing + Invoicing) Rate & Loca on limits

Should have Consulting Experience with good communication skills and Stakeholder management, due to constant interaction with stakeholders at mid & senior management levels.
