The Track & Trace Representative is responsible for monitoring and tracking product movement throughout the supply chain, ensuring accurate documentation, resolving shipping discrepancies, and maintaining comprehensive logistics records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize tracking systems to monitor real-time product movement and shipment status

  • Generate and maintain detailed shipping and tracking documentation

  • Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or routing issues

  • Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and customers regarding shipment tracking

  • Conduct regular audits of tracking records to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Process shipping exceptions and generate necessary reports

  • Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and operations teams

  • Maintain confidentiality of shipping and tracking information

Working conditions:

  • Working schedule:

Saturday to Wednesday Noon to 9 PM EST Wednesday to Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM EST Another Monday to Friday with hours to be finalized.

  • Upper-intermediate English level is a MUST

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
