UI web designer

SUITSME is a femtech company founded in Kyiv, Ukraine, dedicated to developing digital products for womens mental well-being. Our flagship product, SUITSME, a fashion game, launched at the end of 2021 and has already reached over 16 million installs. In 2023, we introduced FABU, a mood journal, which we are actively scaling.

We are a fast-growing digital company led by industry experts from technology, fashion, and gaming. Currently, we are looking for a talented UI Web Designer to join our team on a part-time basis and help enhance marketing funnels for our apps through creative and data-driven design solutions.

Your Role: As a UI Web Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Product Owner to create and test hypotheses for web onboarding, contributing to the user journey and driving engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and conversion-oriented web pages to support our marketing funnels.
• Optimize and iterate designs based on A/B testing results and analytics insights.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Create responsive designs tailored for various devices and platforms.
• Conduct usability tests and apply feedback to improve user experience.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Proven experience working with Figma.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for team collaboration.
• Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and self-starting attitude.

• Розробка привабливих та орієнтованих на конверсію веб-сторінок для підтримки наших маркетингових воронок.
• Оптимізація та ітерація дизайнів на основі результатів A/B тестування та аналітики.
• Співпраця з продакт-оунером, розробниками та QA-командою для забезпечення якісної реалізації.
• Створення адаптивного дизайну, який працюватиме на різних пристроях і платформах.
• Проведення тестів зручності та впровадження зворотного звязку для покращення UX.

Вимоги:

• 1+ рік досвіду роботи на посаді UI/UX дизайнера або продуктового дизайнера.
• Досвід роботи з Figma.
• Глибоке розуміння принципів адаптивного веб-дизайну.
• Знання JIRA та Confluence для командної роботи.
• Здатність отримувати та впроваджувати конструктивний зворотний звязок.
• Підприємницьке мислення та проактивний підхід до роботи.
