Cloud FinOps Engineer (#938)

Location: Remote (Ukraine)

Your expertise:

• 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, with AWS expertise
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform
• Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting (bash / sh), and Git
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems
• Ability to analyze cloud billing and implement cost-saving measures
• Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
• Experience with CI / CD tools and DevOps practices

Will definitely be a plus:

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Cloud Practitioner)
• FinOps Certified Practitioner certification
• Experience with additional cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of RDBMS systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Background in technical documentation

• Execute cloud cost optimization strategies
• Analyze cloud spending and provide recommendations
• Implement tagging strategies and cost attribution policies
• Deploy infrastructure solutions using Terraform
• Optimize AWS resource utilization
• Configure cloud architecture and networking
• Create automation solutions using Python and DevOps tools
• Assist with technical documentation
• Participate in cloud cost optimization training
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Product teams
• Help track cost optimization
