We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure. This role is crucial in ensuring our employees have reliable and secure access to the systems and tools they need to perform their duties efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system and network administration, with expertise in Google Work Space, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and Office 365.

Responsibilities:

• System and Network Administration:
• Maintain and administer company networks, servers, laptops, and office equipment.
• Configure and support networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure the stable operation of the companys computer infrastructure, including regular data backups and disaster recovery management.
• Software and Application Management:
• Manage and optimize enterprise-level SaaS applications such as Google Workspace (GSuite), Slack, Zoom, Okta, and Office 365 (O365).
• Support the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of these applications to ensure seamless user experience.
• Security and Compliance:
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems.
• Monitor and resolve security issues, including firewall configuration and system monitoring.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• User Support and Collaboration:
• Provide technical support and consultation to employees, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues.
• Assist HR, Finance, and Administration teams with IT operations related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain technical documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Automation and Scripting:
• Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline IT processes and improve system efficiency.
• Write scripts in Bash or Python to automate routine tasks and system management.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in network or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
• Expertise in managing and configuring enterprise-level SaaS applications (Google Work Space, Slack, Zoom, Okta, O365, Spendesk).
• Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Proficiency in security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructures, particularly AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) and experience with automation tools.
• Upper Intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written English.
