Bar/Cafe Manager

The project is the gathering place for individuals working or interested in the field of blockchain & web 3. Our mission is to create the worlds largest community of contributors in Web 3.0.
Our candidate: – A proven track record of 2+ years in a similar role, delivering exceptional Guest Experiences;
– Extraordinary Creativity and Deep-Seated Passion for Food and Beverage;
– Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus);
– Understanding of flavors and combinations;
– An understanding of modern food and beverage trends;
– Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations;
– To be tech-savvy, ability to learn fast and adapt;
– Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hub. Duties & Responsibilities: – Prepare drinks, take orders and provide excellent customer service;
– Be responsible for the beverages menu, specials and snacks;
– Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and snacks for the bar;
– Comply with licensing regulations and hub procedures;
– Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented;
– Improve the quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the bar;
– Learning about beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality;
– Offering expert advice, recommendations and answering questions about coffee and other drinks;
– Maintain special relationship with residents, make them feel welcome. We offer: – Work visa;
