Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and reliable software products that meet the needs of our clients. We are currently seeking a Senior Process Automation Engineer to join our team.

About the project:

Be part of the Process and Batch Automation, which is a hybrid team comprising two teams of experts from the Process Automation and Manufacturing IT department. The Process and Batch Automation teams work together to translate process requirements into utility, Clean-in-place (CIP), and product manufacturing recipes (Master Batch Records (MBR)) for batch-based manufacturing processes for the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Automation resource to work on design development (FS)
  • Implementation (programming, commissioning, FAT, SAT)
  • Validation of automation solutions based on ABB SattLine in the field of API production (fermentation, recovery and purification, utility, and cleaning systems).

Requirements:

Competence and its prioritisation:

  • 1. Pharma process knowledge within fermentation, purification, upstream and downstream
  • 1. 5-6 years of documented ABB SattLine programming expertise
  • 1. 5-6 years of documented ABB SattLine Batch Management experience
  • 2. GMP – Good manufacturing practice
  • 2. GDP – Good Document practice
  • 2. 2-4 years documented Testing FAT & SAT
  • 2. 2-4 years documented Commissioning
  • 2. 2-4 years documented Doc. work: Protocols, Test plans, Test references
  • 2. Qualification and validation activities.
  • 3. S.88 knowledge
  • 3. Batch knowledge Pharma industry
  • 3. 2-4 years Design (Functions Specification) within Pharma processes
