Looking for an experienced blockchain and AI consultant

First time to consult 4 hours a week (probation) and then a possible hire with equity or token.

Requirements

Core Requirements as Blockchain Specialist
3 years or more experience in blockchain design, architecture and development Ability to write maintainable code
Deep Understanding of core fundamentals of blockchains, including their structure Ideally have been part of a blockchain team at some point
Must understand documentation and product development Knowledge of classic algorithms and data structures.
Proficient skills in integrating with third-party services (REST API, JSON, XML).
Experience in participating in the development of applications that are already in operation is highly desirable

Core Requirements as AI consulant
3 years or more experience in AI systems/applications or models design, architecture, development Deep Understanding of core fundamentals of AI systems, models, AI layers, and the development of models
Experience with AI tools (Either or AWS, OPEN AI, GPTs, etc.) Ideally have been part of an AI Project or application at some point
Must understand code and have worked with code at some point Proficient skills in integrating APIs, third party services and AI services
Thorough understanding of AI ecosystem

Right now were looking for someone to immediately jump on the design of a project. We have openings if they are skillful to join the project as equity holder, cofounder, or lead. Well be putting funds into this and are interested in the best of the best.

We are also looking for cofounders.
Were looking to splinter and fund this as a whole new project, which includes the application youre familiar with but also to build the best world class AI Model in this space over the span of the next 6-8 years.
