Requirements 3+ years of experience developing, leading, and managing projects; Demonstrated ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams; Confident familiarity with Agile methodologies; Ability to create and manage project plans, schedules, status reports; Change and quality management; Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written communication; Strong time management at personal, team and project level; Conflict management; Facilitation and team collaboration skills; Confident familiarity with a variety of art styles Knowledge of game design, art production and animation production

Responsibilities Care about your teams; Manage one or several projects of various sizes; Learn clients expectations, prepare scope, estimations and planning for each project; Set and manage priorities based on client, team and company needs; Ensure client and company expectations are met; Escalate issues in a timely manner and eliminate or mitigate risks; Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur; Prepare and present reports on teams progress and milestones; Own full responsibility for product delivery; Set and achieve desired quality goals; Onboard, coach, mentor, appraise and foster career growth for team members; Follow Human Resources policies and procedures; Take an active part in company professional activities.
