Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant position as a retention manager;
  • Experience in copywriting and content development;
  • Knowledge of English at B2 level;
  • Skills in working with email campaign managers (HubSpot, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Sendpulse, SendGrid);
  • Skills in working with Google Analytics and other analytics systems;
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and email marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of retention strategies, personalized communication, and their implementation for different audience segments;
  • Working with channels such as email, web-push notifications, pop-ups, etc.;
  • Analytics of retention metrics and timely adaptation of strategies according to indicators;
  • Segmentation of audience databases and building automated email sequences;
  • Collecting feedback from users and measuring the level of product satisfaction;
  • Launching advertising campaigns and constantly improving metrics;
  • Creating and testing email templates and continually improving the content of emails;
  • Conducting A/B testing of campaigns;
  • Analyzing and reporting on the work conducted;
  • Collaborating with other marketing teams, product teams, and design departments.
