We are looking for a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join our team on part-time basis.

Does this relate to you?
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Work experience in a multicultural environment is nice to have
  • English level is upper-intermediate, Polish level – advanced/native
A new team member will be in charge of:
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Proactively source passive candidates through innovative methods and networking channels
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Collect and analyze feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to prospective candidates
