User Acquisition Manager (Mobile Marketing)

Were looking for an experienced User Acquisition to work with mobile applications, where youll be able to analyze the market and develop strategies to attract and retain mobile application users, as well as be responsible for launching and optimizing advertising campaigns.

You will be part of a team that works on the development of the companys own projects (creation of practical utilities) and consists of a project manager, designer and iOS developer.

Responsibilities

• Researching the competitive market for mobile applications, identifying potential audiences, and analyzing key competitors;
• Planning, setting up and monitoring of advertising campaigns;
• Conducting tests to determine the best strategies and creatives;
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns using analytical tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer;
• Work closely with the team to improve the launch of the campaigns;
• Developing strategies for retaining users and their activity in the app after download;
• Manage the budget for advertising campaigns and user acquisition costs.

Requirements for the candidate

• At least two years of experience in this position;
• Knowledge of analytical systems: Appsflyer or Firebase, Google Analytics (GA4);
• Deep understanding of various user acquisition channels: Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc;
• Experience in promoting "white" mobile applications;
• Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level (B2).
