Job Posting Title Head of Sales Ukraine The challenge We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales operations in Ukraine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and maximize profitability. What you will do
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, setting sales targets, and overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies and optimize commercial performance.
  • Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management.
What you need to succeed
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant sales experience, including management of sales teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
