About the team and role:

Customer Care Projects is a small team of brilliant project managers, located in Copenhagen and Ukraine. We are a part of the Customer Success department, and our team executes the overall corporate strategy e.g. by enabling our global customer-facing teams (‘Customer Care’) with the right processes and tools to succeed. As part of the Customer Care Projects team, you will be instrumental in ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. After-sales services are a strategic high-priority area for 3Shape and we continuously strive to improve our offering, by adapting to customer feedback and scores. Key tasks will include defining, scoping, and driving projects across various teams, particularly but not limited to the global Customer Care functions, the regional management of customer-facing teams, Product Management and R&D. You will work closely with local management to reach KPIs and be instrumental in boosting performance.

Who are you?

  • You have experience in driving projects and/or participating in cross-functional projects as a subject matter expert
  • Experience with process optimization/automation linked with underlying IT tools (e.g. CRM)
  • Strong understanding of Customer Journey and awareness of company strategy
  • Project management skills, prioritization, and time-management
  • Experience in change management
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Problem solving and logical thinking skills—through focused listening and observation, can identify key issues and limiting factors
  • Experience in data analysis, and data-driven decision-making
  • Display deep business acumen and critical thinking
  • Assertive to speak your mind when you see a pattern, a concern, or an opportunity constructively
  • Strong ability to simplify complex issues
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment
