The Global Partnerships department is looking for a Junior Partner Programs Manager. In this role, you will.

• Experienced for 2+ years in Partnership Programs
• Proficient in sales processes, creating analyses and reports, training new hires, and business planning
• Qualified with or completing education for a bachelors degree in the IT field
• Understanding the goals of Partnership Programs
• Skilled in communication, critical thinking, planning, and organizing
• Adaptable to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
• Effective at establishing and maintaining strong relationships while balancing stakeholders
• Open to accepting, giving, and seeking feedback
• Committed to ensuring accountability
• Adept at connecting complex ideas
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level

• Support the development and execution of partner programs, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with our strategic goals
• Aid certification center with requests concerning trainings and certifications
• Collaborate with partner systems for invoicing and funding
• Assist internal teams with Tier 1-2 partner funds requests, and manage internal team invoices
• Execute deal registration process for partners
• Manage marketplace process execution
• Onboard programs with Tier 2-3 partners according to procedure
• Manage partner acceptance process
• Onboard emerging partners in collaboration with legal, finance, security, and other internal teams
• Aid internal teams with partner funds requests
• Monitor emerging partners requirements and restrictions
