Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Oracle Support Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a specialized ICT company that focuses on designing solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers. They provide infrastructure, database, software, and integration solutions for business-critical environments using “Best of Breed” technologies. Their experience covers applications, databases, operating systems, servers, and storage technologies, translating into deep skill sets for consulting, integration, and managed services to create customized customer solutions. It is a privately held company based in Centurion, South Africa, and also operates in other African countries, including Namibia, Lesotho, and Swaziland. The team Team of 5 experts: Oracle DBA, Oracle Middleware Specialist, Oracle Support Manager, Oracle Functional Consultant, Oracle Technical Consultant. Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery and support management, focusing on Oracle technologies.
  • ITIL Foundation certified.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing support teams.
  • Expertise in incident, problem, change, and service level management.
  • Has established and managed Oracle support services for multiple global enterprises, consistently exceeding service level targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills; deeply committed to client success.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement best practices in incident, problem, change, and service level management to ensure efficient and effective support processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and business users, to understand their requirements and align support services accordingly.
  • Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the support teams performance, ensuring adherence to targets and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the support team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of support operations.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials to support the support teams ongoing development and knowledge transfer.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in Oracle support services, leveraging this knowledge to anticipate and address the mining industrys evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of support services with overall IT strategies and business objectives.
