Job Purpose:

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our Media Platform QA team to work with different aspects of the platform such as Middleware, Cloud Services, CDN Core, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Execute automated and manual tests
• Develop QA test cases and checklists
• Create new automated tests and processes using Python
• Perform peer-reviews for test cases
• Analyze feature requirements and implementation details
Collaborate with other Developers and QA Engineers across various locations and time zones

Qualification Requirements:

• 3+ years experience with backend-based system testing
• Practical experience with HTTP API testing
• Basic understanding of web protocols stack (HTTP, DNS)
• Experienced using Linux/Unix
• Practical experience using Python for test automation development
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong understanding of QA and software development process
Strong technical English reading/writing/speaking abilities
