Ciklum is looking for a Data Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Cloud-based Platform: Regularly monitor and maintain the operation of our cloud-based annotation and training platform
• Bring 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, focusing on constructing and optimizing data pipelines and datasets
• Conduct exploratory and quantitative data analysis, handling large and small datasets to derive insights
• Focus on scaling data pipelines to accommodate growing data demands and complexity, ensuring robustness and efficiency in data handling

Requirements

• Industry Experience: At least 3-5 years in data engineering roles, with a preference for experience in IoT or industrial sectors
• Analytical Research: A strong track record in independent research for technical problem-solving and domain-specific data understanding
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Python programming, with Java familiarity being advantageous
• Proficiency in data pipeline tools
• In-depth understanding of Python and Pytorch
• High proficiency in SQL
• Strong experience with GCP, particularly in deploying and managing machine learning workloads
• Skilled in managing and optimizing machine learning pipelines, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and reliable
• Deployment of vision algorithms in GCP
• Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Airflow, vertexAI, kubeflow
• Experience with big data solutions -Advantage
• Experience with Containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
