KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
As a Dermatocosmetics Trainer you will develop a strategy of pharmacist`s education. Your daily work will include education and inspiration of pharmacists for the recommendation of dermatocosmetics brands Vichy, La Roche-Posay and Cerave.
- Development of the education strategy for pharmacists, Beauty advisers, Business developers
- Adaptation of scientific materials and international product presentations
- Developing and creating of visual aid, which includes product content, physiological / pathological skin conditions, sales technics
- Preparing content for the educational platform for pharmacists Derma Club
- Holding trainings and webinars
- Holding offline trainings and education in the points of sales
- Developing product catalogues
- Analysis of trainings carrying effectivity
- Communication with marketing, commerce and scientific departments, digital team and reporting on time in case of requests
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least Bachelor`s Degree (Pharmaceutical, Medical or Biological education)
- Working experience with cosmetics - at least 2 years
- Creativity and innovative approach, trainings methodologies knowledge
- Excellent presentational skills
- Fluent in Ukrainian language
- Good English knowledge (upper-intermediate level)
- Experienced user of MS PowerPoint, Excel
- Location in Kyiv
