Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Email Marketing Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. You will lead marketing initiatives, develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, and drive the success of our marketing campaigns, with a significant focus on email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing management, campaign optimization, tool selection, and client relations. Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles (incl. email marketing), with 1+ years as a manager.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management roles, with a track record of successful strategy development and execution.
  • Experience working with external clients and managing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in email marketing, campaign optimization, and digital marketing.
  • Expertise in CRM management and use.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, improve existing and propose appropriate channels, including digital, social media, and traditional.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, including the Junior Marketing Specialist and Email Marketing Specialist.
  • Provide guidance, set goals, and monitor performance to ensure the teams success.

Email Campaign Management:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of all email campaign plans, encompassing tasks such as template building, HTML coding, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling. Ensure they are effective and align with overall marketing goals.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of email marketing, including configuration and warm-up process for cold outreaches.
  • Manage thorough render testing across various devices, email clients, and ISPs to ensure optimal rendering for the majority of the CRM.
  • Supervise the implementation and optimizing email automation workflows.

Audience Segmentation:

  • Build target audiences/buyer personas and segments for each message to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

  • Manage and maintain email lists, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy.

Performance Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes, conversions, etc.
  • Analyze data to extract actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Campaign Optimization:

  • Devise and execute strategies to optimize marketing campaigns for better performance and engagement.
  • Oversee the conduction of A/B testing and analyze results to improve future campaigns.

Collaboration with Designers and Copywriters:

  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling marketing materials.

  • Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Client Relations and External Collaboration:

  • Work closely with external clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives.

  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies tailored to external clients’ projects.

  • Provide clients with regular updates and performance reports, ensuring transparency and alignment with their goals.

Creativity and Innovation:

  • Develop innovative and creative marketing campaigns to engage and convert target audiences.

  • Encourage and foster a creative environment within the marketing team.

  • Stay updated on creative trends and new marketing approaches to keep campaigns fresh and effective.

Market Analysis and Trend Identification:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
