We are looking for an Intern Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment Squad on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Design sourcing strategies: Find, engage and assess candidates utilizing different social media platforms, tools, and techniques.

  • Craft and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure peak efficiency.

  • Partner with Recruiters, and HRs to align on position requirements and act as SME for the talent market.

  • Market map and ensure Techbiz Global has healthy talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

  • Utilize data to optimize sourcing metrics, draw insights and create action plans that support the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.

  • Fluent English must have

  • Fluent Russian nice to have
