Main responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and implement social media strategies to promote social networks and the personal brand of the CEO;

• 
  Executing your SMM strategy to reach set goals;

• 
  Collaborate closely with the CEO to align social media efforts;

• 
  Create and implement a content plan with creative visuals, posts, and other formats;

• 
  Track SMM activities, analyze achievements, and initiate ideas for performance improvement;

• 
  Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, including those specific to the WEB3 industry.

Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role for a personal brand;

• 
  Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices;

• 
  Practical experience promoting a brand and managing communications through X.com, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and other social media platforms;

• 
  Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills with attention to detail;

• 
  Proficiency in working with graphic editors like Figma, Canva, etc.

• 
  Strong organizational and multitasking skills;

• 
  A proactive and collaborative approach;

• 
  English level — advanced or fluent level.

Will be a plus:

• 
  Interest in crypto, NFT, and Web3.
