Ciklum is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our B2B & B2C SaaS products. Your expertise in Figma design software, wireframe interpretation, design systems, and understanding of the UX/UI design process will be instrumental in delivering exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills and a passion for creating intuitive designs.

• Gather data, analyze, consult. Asking the right questions, understanding the true reasons that lie behind the problem, facilitate workshops, and conduct user research
• Produce UX artifacts. Shape your knowledge into materials that will underpin your solutions in front of the client and the project team. This could be screen maps, personas, customer journey maps, wireframes and everything which you believe is relevant and needed
• Collaborate. We appreciate sharing thoughts, concerns, feedback and advice because it polishes our solutions. Whether it is a regular demo call with the client, a casual brainstorm with fellow designers or research with the developer – use it to make your product consistent and technically realistic
• Take ownership. Feeling and acting as if you are the co-owner of the project is what makes all the difference. Go ahead and take the initiative, the responsibility, go further than the surface, and share the success of the product
• Being flexible in design solutions and able to elaborate unique design styles that would suit each particular project and its specifics. Approaching each project conceptually, with an open mind – not just conforming with what you got used to, but being authentic each and every time. This is what we believe defines an experienced UI designer, and we want to see your portfolio to demonstrate that
• Optimize processes. In our workflow between the design and the development team we follow the agile process. Have ideas on how to improve it? Great! Go ahead, move things around if you know that it is bound to benefit both sides and bring maximum effect
• Mentor, inspire. You’ll have the advantage of inspiring your team, sharing your experience and mentoring junior consultants in their skills and projects
• Stay curious and hungry. It is crucial that you stay abreast of trends in design, technology and user experience. Share what you know and make an impact

Requirements

• Solid set of skills and hands-on experience in UI/UX, with deep understanding of methodologies and processes, including user research, user flows, wire-framing, prototyping, and usability testing. 5+ years is what we have in mind
• Proficiency in using Figma design software to create visually appealing UI designs
• Be able to create, contribute and use Figma Design Systems
• Strong understanding and experience with design systems, ensuring consistency across designs and scalability
• Ability to interpret wireframes and transform them into high-fidelity screens that embody the desired user experience
• Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams
• Effective spoken and written English – you should be able to elicit project details, run workshops and clearly articulate your design decisions
• Experience with Product discovery

Desirable

• Experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience in the Fintech domain
• Experience in workshops
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers
