Descripción y detalle de las actividades
Es responsable de asegurar un ambiente de trabajo libre de accidentes y de enfermedades laborales, así como el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente dentro de la empresa. Mediante la implementación de condiciones y prácticas seguras, en todas las áreas y con todos los empleados.
Experiencia y requisitos
Responsabilidades:
- Da soporte a la investigación de accidentes para identificar la causa de raíz e implementar acciones preventivas y correctivas.
- Realiza un análisis sobre el estado de la maquinaria, el equipo, herramienta e instalaciones de la empresa para identificar condiciones inseguras y solicitar correcciones que eviten accidentes.
- Monitorea el trabajo realizado por los trabajadores en sus actividades cotidianas, para identificar prácticas inseguras y sugerir prácticas correctas.
- Coordina las brigadas para control de emergencias y asegura su funcionamiento eficiente. - Coordina la Comisión de Seguridad e Higiene
- Identifica necesidades de capacitación, elabora material didáctico, y desarrolla funciones de capacitador, en temas relacionados a la seguridad e higiene laboral. Controla la documentación requerida por autoridades en materia de seguridad e higiene en el trabajo (licencias ambientales y requisitos del cliente)
Requisitos
- Licenciatura o ingeniería
- Ingles intermedio avanzado
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia a nivel supervisión
- Disponibilidad de horario
- Habilidad para comunicarse a todos los niveles de la organización
