### JOB DESCRIPTION Were seeking a VIP Team Leader to take our high-value player experience to the next level. As a VIP Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our VIP Account Managers team, ensuring top-tier service for our most valued players. Your role will focus on optimizing player engagement, improving team performance, and working with internal teams to enhance the VIP experience. ### RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and support the VIP management team, ensuring high-quality service
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, provide training, and set goals
  • Work with the product teams to develop exclusive promotions, new features, bonuses, and loyalty incentives
  • Analyze player behavior to optimize offers and communication strategies
  • Oversee VIP chat interactions and provide feedback to VIP managers
  • Continuously improve VIP management processes and tools for efficiency and scalability
  • Report on the results of the team to upper management
### REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in VIP player management (gaming, social casino, sweepstakes sector)
