Were looking for a creative copywriter with strong social media savvy. Your main focus will be writing eye-catching texts and turning creative ideas into engaging content to be applied to our social media platforms and other channels.

What youll do:

• Support the implementation of Taimis content strategy across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc).
• Come up with creative tag lines, descriptions, captions for Instagram Reels, TikTok videos etc.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas.
• Write compelling marketing copy for the Taimi app and associated campaigns.
• Write engaging, converting ad texts for Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit, using relevant keywords.
• Ensure all content adheres to Taimis tone of voice (ToV) and brand guidelines.
• Have fun and grow with the Taimi team while making a meaningful impact.

What were looking for:

• 2+ years of copywriting experience, ideally within an IT product company, creative agency, or LGBTQIA+ space.
• English proficiency at C1-C2 level, with a strong ability to adapt to various styles and audiences.
• Strong creative content writing skills.
• Creative ideation skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
• Solid editing and proofreading abilities to deliver polished content.
• Communication skills — including the ability to deliver actionable and constructive feedback.
• Ability to shape content that resonates with the LGBTQ+ community.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience working with or understanding the US market and/or LGBTQ+ culture.
• A passion for amplifying LGBTQ+ voices through impactful storytelling.
• Experience creating fun, engaging content for social media platforms that skew towards our target audience — Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• Basic skills for writing UX copies and work within a product would be a plus.
