This is you

• Experience working with Adobe FrameMaker, Madcap Flare, and source control systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and clarity
• Demonstrable prior experience writing software documentation
• Solid investigative skills to solicit and gather information to then be able to communicate it with a wider audience
• A passion for technology, strong attention to detail, and organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience working in end-to-end software development cycles

• Passion for contributing to the overall direction of the next generation of our software products
• Knowledge of the latest technical writing trends and practices
• Knowledge of online help systems and web-based help systems

This is your role

As part of our Technical Communication team, you will create and edit technical documentation. You will work directly with product development teams, drive the scope and direction of documentation deliverables, ensure technical accuracy, and maintain documentation standards. You will also work with product teams and technical translators to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy in end-user technical documentation.
