We are seeking a Junior CRM-Manager to become a part of our team.

Job Description
  • Create a communication strategy and execute casino promotions/campaigns;
  • Basic user segmentation;
  • Implement new chains and optimize the current ones;
  • Set up tasks for designers, analysts, copywriters, operations team;
  • Grow CRM and Retention metrics;
  • Carry out ad-hoc project tasks according to business needs;
  • Prepare work results reports.
Qualifications
  • Work experience in the field of gamification, gaming technology, or related fields is a plus (preferably 6 months to 1 year);
  • Experience with game mechanics, game scenarios, and gamification solutions is an advantage (e.g., implementing points, levels, leaderboards, rewards).
  • Work with CRM (analytical tools, promotions, email marketing) is also an asset.
  • Knowledge of tools for analyzing user behavior is beneficial (e. g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Fluency in English is required to read technical documentation and collaborate with international colleagues.
