You will be a part of the Product Team and work with highly motivated professionals passionate about the project. This role involves collaborating with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into accessible content.

As a Technical Writer, you will create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and technical manuals for the companys products and services. You will also contribute to content strategy, ensure consistency with brand voice and style, and stay updated on industry trends to optimize documentation processes.

• Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly guides, FAQs, and technical manuals with a focus on precision and clarity
• Translate complex technical information into accessible, easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to gather accurate information and ensure documentation aligns with product goals
• Create and enforce documentation templates, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all materials
• Update documentation regularly to reflect product updates, feature changes, and user feedback
• Play an integral role in building and maintaining the internal knowledge base, making information easily accessible for all teams

• At least 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• In-depth understanding of technical writing principles and industry best practices
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, CSS, Markdown, Git and similar platforms
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts, making them accessible to non-technical audiences
• Proven experience in creating structured documentation strategies and templates to ensure clarity and consistency across all content

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently
• Collaborative team player, thriving in cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical thinker, able to identify problems and develop practical solutions

• Prior experience working with technology products, software documentation, or collaborating with development teams
• Experience with documentation tools and content management systems
