Production Operations Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Production Operations Specialist. In this role, you will streamline production operations by handling analytics, tracking production metrics, and aligning processes with strategic goals.

This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations within the production department.
• Handle analytics, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to the preparation of operational dashboards.
• Identify and prevent operational bottlenecks.
• Implement solutions to optimize organizational performance.
• Collaborate with management to ensure operations align with strategic goals.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Background in project management and (or) operations management would be an asset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and use Excel effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI) would be a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
