We successfully launched our business in Poland and Brazil and have plans to expand to other countries.

We are looking for our best Head of International Education, who will manage the processes of training and employment of our students in Poland and Brazil, bringing the companys mission closer to the goal of employing 1 million students worldwide. You`ll have a huge level of autonomy and a well-coordinated team that will help support the educational process at a high level.

• We believe in hands-on learning, so our educational programs consist of 80% of practice and only 20% of theory.

• Experienced experts help us constantly improve our programs, making them relevant to the modern labor market; mentors and coaches support our students by checking their homework and running Q&A and tech check sessions daily.

• Overseeing education and student placement processes in Poland & Brazil
• Leading, managing, and hiring a team of coordinators
• Owning team OKRs and driving the team to achieve ambitious goals
• Implementing improvements in educational processes
• Studying the local characteristics of the labor markets in Poland and Brazil and proposing innovative approaches to the process of studying and employing students in these countries
• Using a data-driven approach to find, test, and launch new strategies for effective student placement
• Documenting new educational and employment processes.

• 2+ years of experience in such roles as Project manager, Lead recruiter, Lead HR.
• Proven experience in managing educational processes in product companies (EdTech experience is a bonus)
• Proven experience in scaling teams
• Solid experience in people management
• The ability to build processes and test ideas at a rapid pace
• Great analytical skills and a data-driven, business approach
• Experience working in an international environment, and managing international teams - will be an additional plus!
• Empathy to people and the desire to help them
• English at least Upper-Intermediate
• Getting things done attitude

• Ensure all our education processes are consistent and efficient
• Day-to-day cooperation with coordinators to find the best way to employ students in the current market.
• Work closely with analytics and the job market to identify blind spots and proactively address issues (e.g., a significant drop in the number of vacancies).
• Make decisions about launching new groups in a financially justified manner and tailored to the needs of the labor market. Our financial director will be happy to assist you with this.
• Develop performance metrics for coordinators to optimize their work
