Jr. Project Assistant - Video Games (m/f/x)

Who are we

At Joined Media Group (JMG) we create influencer marketing endorsement campaigns that place brands in front of targeted social media audiences globally. With our base in Berlin, our international team delivers impactful and scalable campaigns on YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and other significant social networks for clients in the video gaming industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join our Influencer Relations team to support their daily tasks. As a Jr. Project Assistant, you’ll play a vital role on the supply side of our marketing campaigns, working alongside our Influencer Managers to help deliver campaigns.

What we expect from you in this role

• Supporting team members in completing their tasks to ensure they meet milestones
• Assisting in the preparation of project presentations and reports for senior managers
• Providing administrative support to project managers
• Scouting new talents, creating a portfolio of influencers
• Helping with developing existing markets as well as researching new geographical markets

Qualifications we are looking for

• Excellent written and verbal skills in English (Full working proficiency)
• French, German, Spanish or Italian speaking as a plus
• Understanding of social networks including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and other
• Knowledge of the gaming industry and influencer space is preferred
• Comfortable in working with multiple platforms (email, phone, messenger apps, etc.)
• Understanding of project-related tools (Google Sheets, Slides etc.)
• When necessary, must be happy to adjust your workday ad hoc to match the time zones of our clients and influencers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18,000.00грн - 20,500.00грн per month
