Senior Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

Development and Implementation:

• Design and implement scalable and robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain APIs that integrate seamlessly with front-end applications and other internal services.

AWS Services Integration:

• Utilize AWS services extensively, including Lambda, DynamoDB, EC2, and AWS CDK, to build and maintain applications.
• Ensure optimal configuration, deployment, and management of serverless architectures.

Database Management:

• Design, deploy, and manage NoSQL databases, particularly using Amazon DynamoDB, ensuring data consistency, durability, and availability.
• Implement efficient querying mechanisms for large data sets and ensure data integrity and security.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Employ best practices for error handling and logging to enhance application reliability and maintainability.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements, share insights, and develop collective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in backend technologies, propose and implement new technologies and frameworks to improve product capabilities and performance.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing applications built on Node.js and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, EC2, and AWS CDK.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in designing and managing NoSQL databases, especially DynamoDB.
• Strong experience with serverless architecture using AWS Lambda.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development practices.

Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think algorithmically.

Team Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Please Note:

This role is designed for the curious, the diligent, and those who revel in the pursuit of knowledge.
The position is remote, but being able to work within the UK Time Zone (9am to 6pm) is crucial for timely collaboration.

Salary & Benefits:

• A monthly basic salary of 17800 UAH (equivalent to $450 USD).
• Potential for stock options after a qualifying period, valued at up to $100 USD.
• Performance-related bonuses ranging from $50 to $200 USD following the probationary period.
