• 4+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar managerial role within a Software Development Company
• Deep understanding of the development life cycle and process
• Outstanding ability to organize people, processes, and projects
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Experienced with Agile methodologies, including implementation, enhancement, and practical application.
• Proficient in Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Linear.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in German language
• Technical skills in QA, coding, or UX Design
• Certifications such as CSM, PMP, or other relevant qualifications

• Lead our Project Coordination Team, comprising Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Product Owners
• Formulate, organize and monitor internal projects
• Develop and manage deadlines, budgets, and project activities
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, progress, and key metrics
