Role Overview: As a Solution Architect Engineer, you will be a proactive technical specialist responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions from scratch to production. You will play a crucial role in supporting IT business projects and transformation programs by delivering new IT services, leveraging cloud technologies, and migrating applications to modern IaaS/PaaS platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on technical skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Design and build flexible, customizable products from scratch, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are scalable.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers and team members, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the product development cycle.
• System Design & DevOps: Lead system architecture design and contribute hands-on to DevOps processes, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
• Migration Projects: Manage and execute the migration of legacy solutions to modern cloud-based architectures.
• Technology Investigation: Research and adopt new infrastructure technologies to meet evolving business requirements and improve system capabilities.
• Database Management: Ensure robust and efficient database management, including design, implementation, and migration, with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Project Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively within the team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
• IT Transformation: Support and drive IT business projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring successful migration of applications to public and private cloud environments.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in building flexible, customer-centric products from scratch to production.
• Technical Skills:
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in React, Python, and Flutter.
• System Design: Strong background in system architecture and hands-on experience in DevOps.
• Database Management: Comprehensive understanding of database design, management, and migration.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience in leveraging cloud and infrastructure technologies (IaaS/PaaS) for application development and deployment.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to delegate tasks and manage team dynamics to achieve project goals.
• Communication languages: English, Ukrainian, Russian.
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience in the Insurtech sector is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with business operations in insurance, particularly in reinsurance and brokerage services.
