Requirements At least 3 years experience with one of Big 4 companies At least 2 years experience with IT outsourcing company Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling. Ability to translate complex financial data, verbally and graphically, to communicate with non-financial stakeholders and leaders Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, PowerBI, PowerPoint Experience with enterprise reporting tools / data warehouses Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities Drive financials research and analysis for the efficient KPIs management & tracking Develop financial & forecasting models, reports in Excel and PowerBI Help to improve budgeting, forecasting, financial planning procedures Understand key business drivers, seek ways to improve operational efficiency Partner with key stakeholders to enhance benchmarking and dashboards Provide guidance to management team on usage of financial metrics, tools, work with data inputs Align workflows on financial management with corporate automation toolstools
