While growing new markets and extending our teams we are looking for a Head of CRM (for a Chile region)

  • Lead, inspire, evolve the CRM team to promote Brand expansion;
  • Be responsible for strategic promotional planning: developing, planning and implementing promotions and campaigns;
  • Drive strategic requirements for best practice retention, loyalty tools, and processes;
  • Influence CRM product road maps to ensure the team has the required tools and features to execute promotions;
  • Ensure that promotions are consistent, attractive, cost-effective, relevant, and when applicable aligned with other marketing and product initiatives;
  • Design, plan, execute, and measure a road map of tests across communication channels in order to meet revenue targets and improve the customer experience;
  • Analyse and optimize campaign performance, reporting on the effectiveness of CRM activities to the stakeholders.

We need your professional experience:

  • 4 years of work experience in a strategic CRM role;
  • Management experience is a must;
  • Experience with sports betting is a must;
  • Experience with advanced Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce,
  • Optimove, Solitics is highly desirable;
  • Interest and knowledge of Casino games is highly desirable;
  • Level of English not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
