Your Challenge:

• Quality controlling through the whole seed processing. Make all the necessary documentation that needs for proper process quality control traceability.
• Manual sampling and sampling from automatic samplers, samples dividing regarding to ISTA method
• Perform laboratory tests such as warm test, moisture, physical purity, shake outs, sizing, lab treating and other
• Inspect of import batches: sampling and checking it quality
• Prepare samples for sending to central and external labs
• Perform daily quality control checks
• Prepare reports with reliable data
• Interpret results based on findings
• Use latest methodologies and best practices
• Adhere to correct procedures and policies
• Document all activities
• Maintain and track results
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and supplies
• Help with administrative tasks when needed

• Ensure that quality and quantity goals are met.
• Responsible for ensuring that general safety expectations are known, kept and followed. (fire, accident prevention, health conservation)
• Protect tools and report deficiencies to the management of the company.
