Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Retrieve data for sales and marketing teams on demand
• Convert data to different formats for analysis
• Perform data cleansing and deduplication
• Aggregate data from different sources
• Prepare monthly project reports for the Revenue teams meetings
• Upload data at the Marketing teams request
• Formulate and test hypotheses to improve business performance
• Optimize the existing processes and reports
• Create dashboards in Power BI
• Optimize the existing dashboards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics
• Strong marketing background
• Fluency in SQL
• Good command of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• An excellent command of analytics platforms such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Analytics, and similar tools
• Knowledge of basic SaaS metrics and principles for LTV calculation
• Knowledge of user behavior analysis tools (user journey mapping, focus groups, surveys, research methods)
• Excellent SQL skills
• Knowledge and experience with Python or R for data science
• Excellent skills in working with large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Deep understanding of the data modeling concept and business process visualization
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and the ways different acquisition channels work (with a special focus on PPC)
• Understanding of the key factors affecting conversions and extensive knowledge of proper UX and conversion metrics implementation

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in a SaaS (B2B) company will be a big plus
