In this role, you will be responsible for gathering information from the development team and business owner to create comprehensive guides for workers. Additionally, you will create a text guide, according to which a video guide will be produced using Clipchamp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the development team and business owner to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
• Gather information on project specifications, features, and functionalities from key stakeholders.
• Synthesize gathered information into structured and easy-to-understand guides for workers, including user manuals, technical specifications, and training materials.
• Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation to our target audience.
• Create visual aids, diagrams, and examples to enhance understanding and illustrate key points.
• Collaborate with developers, and subject matter experts to review and refine documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in creating documentation for software or technical products.
• Written English B2-C1
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into understandable language for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in tools and software commonly used for technical writing, such as Microsoft Word Google Docs.
