Middle C#/.NET Developer

We are seeking a mid-level C#/.NET Developer to join the team of our US-based Customer involved in the development of a range of products for homeowners associations.

Responsibilities:
Actively engage as a member of a Scrum Development team
Provide guidance and collaborate with Product Owners to manage project scope, risk, and development strategies; independently tackle intricate coding tasks within two-week sprint cycles
Stay updated on evolving software development trends to introduce innovative methodologies to the team
Maintain and enhance a profound understanding of coding practices and system design
Foster team collaboration by facilitating transparent and efficient communication
Ensure timely completion of development tasks, maintaining our standards for quality, performance, and adherence to SOPs
Identify and address software issues to contribute to a seamless user experience
Thoroughly document all progress, discussions, and scope changes in Jira
Offer support during our weekly nighttime production deployments on a rotational basis
Contribute to the improvement of our GetGuru knowledge base
Participate in technical support ticket bashes as needed
Keep the Software Engineering Manager updated on progress and challenges
Collaborate with QA to rectify defects identified during development cycles
Develop and implement unit tests to validate features and mitigate future issues

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core 8, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and MVC architecture to implement RESTful API
4+ years of software development experience, with extensive utilization of C#, SQL Server, Advanced SQL, TSQL, SQL Cursors, MVC, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, GIT, Entity Framework, Postman, and Telerik
Ability to translate user requirements into effective software solutions
Demonstrated capability to effectively solve complex problems
History of developing and successfully delivering complex software solutions to clients
Strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Azure DevOps
Experience with Razor, and source control tools like Git or TFS
Be comfortable about working with JSON, XML, and their associated processing methods
Expertise in Agile/Scrum development methodology
English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
