Junior Statutory Accountant

The big picture:

We are looking for an ambition Junior Statutory Accountant to join our team. You will work with the financial and tax department in different European countries, take part in audit and year end closing process.

Responsibilities:

• Extract data from different financial system to prepare VAT and Intrastat reports.
• Supporting audit by preparing information as and when requested.
• Take part in month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing.
• Participating in preparing local statutory accounts and financial statements in line with local GAAP.
• Supporting financial and tax team’s daily work.
• Keep records of financial transactions.
• Ad-hoc projects within the business.

Requirements

• 0-2 year of experience in accounting or financial.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Fluency in English (both: spoken and written).
• Customer service orientation and proactive position in solving problems.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Good MS Office skills with focus on large data processing in Excel (Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills).
