Our marketing team is seeking a creative specialist to promote Indeema Software on social media and assist with internal marketing tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform audience analysis and create and adapt the marketing strategy to hit the target audience;
  • Create engaging content to grow the audience and increase brand loyalty;
  • Manage and promote our company accounts on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Quora);
  • Create quarterly reports by analyzing social media campaign effectiveness metrics;
  • Set budgets, run ad campaigns on social media, and analyze results;
  • Assist in organizing educational courses offered by the company;
  • Assist in planning and organizing internal communication and events;
  • Collaborate with designers to create corporate merchandise, plan budgets, and communicate with vendors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in social media management (SMM);
  • B2 (Upper-intermediate) or higher level of English, with strong written communication skills;
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social media algorithms;
  • Proven ability to create engaging content and visuals;
  • Experience setting and analyzing KPIs for social media campaigns;
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and target audience needs effectively;
  • Proficiency in using photo editors like Canva, Figma, and other design tools.
  • Experience with video editing tools;
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics;
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees and vendors.
