- Support the identification of security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process
- Assess near-term needs, preparing structured interview processes and consumer research methods to understand opportunities and help business establish priorities. Contributes to options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and product priorities
