Hostess (Country Club In India)

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Hostess. The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality services. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring their dining experience at the country club is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests as they arrive at the country club, providing a friendly and personalized welcome.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated comfortably, taking into account their preferences and any special requests.
• Maintain a waitlist during peak dining hours, managing seating arrangements efficiently and courteously.
• Provide menus to guests and answer any questions they may have about the menu items or specials.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure prompt and accurate service to guests.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Assist with coordinating special events or private dining reservations, including setup and decoration of the dining area as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and discretion, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Uphold the country clubs standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service is preferred.
• Fluency in English

Pay: 60,000.00грн per month
